1. Purpose
GoView utilizes artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning technologies to enhance security, safety, operational efficiency, and situational awareness. This policy establishes the principles and standards governing the development, deployment, operation, and use of AI technologies within the GoView platform.
Our goal is to use AI responsibly while protecting privacy, maintaining transparency, ensuring security, and supporting human decision-making.

This policy applies to:
- GoView employees, contractors, dealers, and partners
- GoView software platforms and AI-enabled services
- Video analytics and machine learning systems
- Customer-facing AI features
- AI-assisted monitoring and alerting services

3. Guiding Principles
Safety and Security First

4. Approved Uses of AI
GoView AI may be used for:

- Vehicle detection
- Intrusion detection
- License plate recognition (LPR)
- Facial recognition (where legally permitted and contractually authorized)
- Object detection
- Smoke and fire detection
- Weapon detection
- Gunshot detection
- PPE compliance monitoring
- Safety analytics
- Incident classification
- Natural language search of video events
- Automated alert generation
- Operational reporting and analytics
- Threat assessment and prioritization
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist security operations and should not be considered infallible.
5. Human Verification Requirements
Where practical and contractually applicable:
- AI-generated alerts may be reviewed by trained personnel.
- Virtual guards may verify events before escalation.
- Customers should not rely solely on AI outputs when making critical decisions.
- Law enforcement notifications should be based on verified events whenever possible.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

Customers remain responsible for compliance with laws governing their specific use cases.
9. Prohibited Uses
GoView AI shall not knowingly be used for:
- Illegal surveillance
- Unlawful discrimination
- Unauthorized tracking of individuals
- Political profiling
- Harassment or intimidation
- Violations of civil rights
- Activities prohibited by applicable law
GoView reserves the right to suspend or terminate services used in violation of these principles.
10. Cybersecurity and AI Security
To protect AI systems and customer data, GoView employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that may include:
