By accessing or using GoView products, services, software, websites, monitoring solutions, or mobile applications, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

GoView provides video surveillance, virtual guarding, AI analytics, monitoring, incident reporting, and related security technology services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Use services lawfully
• Maintain account security
• Obtain required notices and consents
• Comply with surveillance and privacy laws
• Ensure authorized use of cameras and monitoring systems

Intellectual Property

All GoView software, trademarks, service marks, documentation, and technology remain the property of GoView or its licensors.

Service Availability

While GoView strives for continuous service availability, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

AI and Automated Analytics

GoView may provide AI-generated alerts, classifications, recommendations, and analytics.

AI outputs are intended to assist users and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoView shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

GoView does not guarantee prevention of crime, injury, loss, or property damage.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify GoView against claims arising from misuse of services or violations of law.

Termination

GoView may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

GoView reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
